dc.description.abstractDelaware’s Families & Communities Together (F.A.C.T.) project is a seven-year effort to establish a system of care for children with serious emotional disturbances and their families. This compendium provides a compilation of reports of the various analyses of the evaluation data collected on the F.A.C.T. project through June 2005, covering the following areas: background characteristics of families and children served by the project, patterns of service use among F.A.C.T. children, children’s progress and outcomes, legal involvement among F.A.C.T. children, challenges facing F.A.C.T. families, satisfaction with the project, implementation of the system of care, and costs of providing services in F.A.C.T.en
