Through the forum, participants took part in a critical assessment of the state’s transit needs over
the first decade of the 21st century by discussing, from their various perspectives, issues to be
addressed, goals to be achieved and, particularly, how better communication, information
sharing, joint service cooperation, and agenda setting can be used to enhance the quality and
efficiency of transit service in Delaware.
