| Abstract | Este trabajo intenta analizar el protagonismo femenino en la gestación de políticas sociales hacia la infancia a partir de su ejercicio profesional, en la educación y en la asistencia de los niños más necesitados. En la década de 1930, la consolidación de dos profesiones femeninas en el Territorio Nacional de La Pampa, las maestras, y las visitadoras, permite analizar la participación femenina en las políticas sociales hacia la infancia, indiscutibles antecedentes del estado social peronista. Además, posibilita la reducción de la escala de análisis para visibilizar el rol de los grupos y de las políticas a nivel local. Abstract: This work tries to analyze the leadership of women in the management of social policies concerning children arising from their professional work in education and the care of the neediest children. In the decade of the 1930s in the National Territory of Pampas, the consolidation of two traditionally female career paths, teaching and social work, permits the analysis of female participation in the social policies concerning children, unquestionable antecedents of the Peronist Social State. Moreover, this reduced scale of analysis makes it possible to visualize the roles of groups and policies at a local level. | en_US |
