Abstract
Description
The following study examined Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks
(CVISN) and evaluated the impacts of electronic-screening, electronic-credentialing, and
safety information exchange on commercial vehicle operations in Delaware. CVISN is a
collection of information systems and communications networks supporting commercial
vehicle operations (CVO). These include information systems owned and operated by
governments, motor carriers, and other stakeholders.
