| Abstract | Residents and elected officials in Delaware have expressed interest in developing workforce housing for employees in critical jobs that support their local communities. After hearing these desires from communities throughout the state, the University of Delaware (UD) Community Engagement Initiative (CEI) requested for the Institute for Public Administration to identify potential models from around the country for workforce housing developments. | |
