AbstractThis report describes Delaware’s current mentoring/induction program, its history, and future plans in depth. It then presents overall results gathered by analyzing the case studies in six sections: Evaluation, Leadership and Administration, Purpose and Goals, Mentoring, Pathwise, and Assessment for Learning. Finally, it offers recommendations and critical questions for the program, the answers to which could help shape and improve it over the long run.en_US
