DescriptionCommunity Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI) is the agency in the state that has a major responsibility for providing civil legal services to low-income Delawareans. In order to serve that population, CLASI needed to know the nature of their legal needs. Therefore, CLASI approached the University of Delaware to conduct a systematic assessment of those needs. This report is the result of that examination and it represents the first comprehensive look at the legal needs of the low-income public in Delaware.en
SponsorFunding for the project came from the Delaware Bar Foundation, CLASI, First State Community Action Agency and the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, Inc.en
