dc.descriptionIn 1995, the Division of Public Health (DPH) began to measure the number and spatial distribution of primary care physicians practicing in Delaware. The objective was to identify medically underserved areas and understand existing or developing trends that could impact the supply of primary care services. This document is the eighth report that summarizes routine surveys of primary care physicians in the state.
