Abstract

The Strategic Plan strives to create an organizational framework that will be used to drive effective decision-making for City Council and City management through the next five years. This framework lays the foundation for allocating financial and staffing resources, as well as proactively managing natural and environment resources, in order for the City of Milford to thrive and grow. The Institute for Public Administration facilitated the public meeting process to help guide the development of the plan.
