Abstract
In
partnership
with the
Delaware Center for Justice
and
Delaware State University,
IPA’s
key
objective
for
the
scan
was
to
identify
the
state’s
strengths,
weaknesses,
and
gaps
in
resources
and
services
currently
available
for
the
state’s
youth
aging
out
of
foster
care.
Ultimately,
the
scan
will
provide
a
better
understanding
of
the
issues
involved
and
help
create
appropriate
strategies
and
action
items
that
address
the
primary
policy
goals
of
the
Delaware Youth Opportunities Initiative.
