AbstractInterested in leveraging a reorganization to bring about sustained and meaningful organizational and cultural change, the author developed a multi-step process anchored by three decision-making drivers that guided the work. These drivers helped the author articulate to herself and the department the “why” behind the reorganization and to keep focused on those drivers during even the messiest parts of the process. The case study presented here describes the author’s process and lessons learned.
