Description
The proposed Fort DuPont Park development intends to attract both nearby residents and visiting guests to the site by providing mixed-use space that can host organized and casual recreation, with supporting amenities. Existing site elements will be reused to maintain the site’s historic integrity while allowing active guest interaction. By targeting both user groups, a new social dynamic can be built with new visitors interacting with the local community.
