Social Networking and Constituent Relationships at the State Level: Connecting Government to Citizens in a Time of Crisis

This paper reports the results of a study of the use of social networking technologies by Members of the Delaware State Legislature. The findings suggests that many lawmakers did not use this technology in 2010 but a small few used it extensively.
