Mortgages, Deeds, and legal correspondence; includes a letter about Rathmell and Martha Wilson's silver held by Philadelphia Trust, a pharmacy receipt from the George W. Rhodes Pharmacy of Newark, Delaware, correspondence with William Poole regarding a potential lawsuit between the Misses Wilson and the City of Newark, Delaware over sewer lines and curbs, and copies of a mineral lease and agreement between the Misses Wilson and the Harison-Walker Mining Company, 1940, for mining fire clay in Delaware.
