Abstract
This report is one component of an overall needs assessment for a comprehensive children with special health care needs(CSHCN) program in the State of Delaware. It examines the current health status of and services received by a sample of children with special health care needs. This information should assist the steering committee in their oversight role and the Division of Public Health in their future planning and execution of the strategy to serve this population.
