Project Mission
Revitalizing downtown Dover into a vibrant, thriving community, through the re-design of Loockerman Street. Creating a new streetscape for Loockerman Street will establish a prominent spine that will attract various user groups and benefit the surrounding small businesses and residents. This project aims to create new connections, attractive storefronts, pedestrian and vehicular traffic accommodations, incorporate new architectural design, and introduce more amenities to downtown Dover.
