| Abstract | In the fall of 2022, the City of Milford began a five-year review and update of its strategic plan. The following pages are the result of deliberate and collaborative efforts to listen and understand the needs and concerns of all its citizens. The Strategic Plan creates an organizational framework to drive effective decision-making for City Council and City management through the next five years. This framework lays the foundation for allocating financial and staffing resources, as well as proactively managing natural and environmental resources, for the City of Milford to thrive and grow. | |
