Abstract
Description
The Town of Odessa Comprehensive Plan 2001 provides a discussion of the issues residents
of Odessa now face and provides strategies to help address those issues. The Plan was developed
with the guidance of Odessa’s Planning Commission, which held several public meetings
to receive comments on the issues of most concern to residents of the town. The recommendations
in the Plan along with the series of maps developed for the Plan should aid the
leaders of Odessa in their efforts to maintain the quality of life in their historic town.
