In this guide, we assume that every prosecutor seeks the common goal of managing an office with sufficient resources to provide quality prosecution services consistent with his or her policy. To achieve this goal, prosecutors must have management information to know what is happening in their offices and to make informed decisions. They also have to be able to interpret management information. This guide focuses on the meaning and use of information about case processing and dispositions.en_US
