Abstract

This report presents a conceptual model for analyzing the prosecutive decision-making function from a policy perspective; summarizes the findings of a comparative examination of ten prosecutors' offices; and supplements the results of the on-site studies with information gathered by a nationwide survey of eighty urban prosecutors.
