Description
This report is a reference to how hazards and vulnerabilities interact in Kent County, Delaware. It covers five hazards and 14 potential vulnerabilities. The objective is first and foremost to identify which critical assets are likely to be affected. Second, the potential population, employment, and property affected is ascertained. Third, the probability of each hazard occurring will be addressed. Finally, where the information is sufficient, some measures of priority for mitigation are addressed.
