Description | The Delaware Comprehensive Historic Preservation Plan provides all localities with a basis for a survey and study element by identifying the resources within the locality and placing them within a statewide context. The criteria for inclusion on the National Register can be used as criteria for designation by localities. The significance of resources at the local, state, and federal level can be informed by the plan. This comprehensive plan should create a three-way partnership between the federal National Register of Historic Places, the State of Delaware through the Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs, and Delaware's localities. | en |
