| Abstract | This report describes research on community-scale damage and disruption in Haiti after the devastating January 12, 2010, earthquake. Data collection was undertaken with support from the National Science Foundation through RAPID grant no. CMMI-1034876. The project had three specific objectives: (1) to gather perishable data on physical damage and disruption, (2) to document and analyze post-earthquake disruption, including its relationship to damage, and (3) to test a new tool and measurement scale for documenting disruption. | en_US |
