Abstract

The purpose of the report is to provide a system-wide review of the public education finance system in Delaware. This report details how public education revenue is raised and spent at the state level and uses comparative information to illustrate similarities and differences between Delaware and neighboring states along with the national average from 1990 thru 2003.
