Abstract
Description
Communities Count in Delaware was created in order to examine the well-being of children in small areas or “communities” throughout the state of Delaware. In order to define communities for this report, we used census tracts because of the large amount of data collected and available from the 2000 Census conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau.
