Description | In Spanish. Thanks Dr. Gustavo Baz, Minister of Asistencia Pública, for invitation to address Congress at its opening; has been in Mexico about a year and a half and in that short time has seen many changes; much progress made in almost every field but none more than in field of health and social welfare; even in time of war, when means are limited, sees encouraging developments; is happy to note distinguished scientists and specialists from U.S. invited to attend Congress; cooperation in this field between U.S. and Mexico will work to advantage of both countries, as it does in fields of economics and politics. | en_US |
