Description | Talked with Foreign Minister just before he left for Geneva on Sept. 4; Minister satisfied with results of Little Entente Conference, but somewhat disturbed that question of equality was brought up; he felt that if the Danubian Pact was signed, equality was implied; he did not believe either that restoration or nonrestoration of Hapsburg Monarchy should be made condition of signing Pact; progress with Pact depends on developments in Abyssinian question; after several days of no German news in Austrian papers, press now reporting German situation fully, but correctly and objectively. | en_US |
