A multi-spectral Light-Emitting Diode (LED) array is applied for target illumination and spectral modulation while a digital micromirror device (DMD) encodes the temporal image frames. High frame-rate spectral video is recovered from successive compressed measurements captured on a RGB sensor. Computer simulations are performed based on the developed forward model. The imaging system is optimized through the design of the DMD patterns. A laboratory implementation is further conducted to validate the performance of the proposed imaging system.Applied sciencesCompressive sensingLED arraySpectral imagingTemporal imagingLED-based compressive spectral temporal imagingThesis10380675432018-02-22en
