Eviction rates are particularly high in Delaware. The Princeton Eviction Lab estimates the state’s eviction rate (evictions per renter household) to be 5.1%, about 2 points higher than the national average, and the state’s annual eviction filing rate (eviction filings per renter household) to be 16%.
