These groups were involved in high-stress situations as well to delineate between when they were working on a task and when they had downtime between tasks. This was accomplishing via survey of groups participating in ROTC training who self-reported types of messages sent and received, team structure, and stress caused by time pressure and individual perceptions.Communication and the artsEquilibriumGroup communicationPersistent groupsTeam structureEffect of consequence on equilibrium: how persistent groups maintain equilibrium in high-stakes environmentsThesis10296065852017-11-10en
