AbstractThis report provides a recommended Watershed Restoration Action Strategy (WRAS) for the Delaware portion of the Christina River Basin. The WRAS draw on information obtained from two previous reports (Christina Basin Water Quality Management Strategy Phase I and II report, May 1998 and the Phase III report, August 1999) and is intended to provide a guideline for future watershed protection and restoration actions. The WRAS is also designed to interconnect with the low flow, point source Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for the Christina Basin that were established by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in 2002 and the high flow, nonpoint source TMDLs which are due to be set in 2004.
