From the Hugh Wilson Papers at the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library, West Branch, Iowa. After discussing situation with [Prentiss] Gilbert and [Donald C.] Heath, feels should go ahead and have office examined by dictaphone expert from Moscow. Feels very uneasy discussing confidential matters even in the privacy of own office. Does not want new code until a secure safe is provided.
