Abstract
In February 2013, a model was created to allocate county level Delaware Population Consortium population and housing projections to the tax parcel level. This was accomplished using GIS tax parcel maps together with county assessment data and a range of land use and infrastructure data to create a 10-year time series which could be used to examine multiple factors related to the probability of development.
This year’s work included an update of this time series and mapping to create a 22-year time series of development in Delaware and to position to update binary logistic regression models to estimate probability of development at the tax parcel level.
