Secretary of Mexican Department of Communications and Public Works notifies Braniff it has failed to comply with Mexican regulations; allows company fifteen days to answer charges and present defense; claims proper authorization not obtained for air services on Mexico-Puebla-Veracruz-Merida route and orders immediate suspension of services on that route.
