Discusses certainty of war when England and France failed to resist movement of German Army across Rhine; German army had been opposed to move, certain that British and French troops would offer resistance; army was proved wrong and would now lose its influence, and many of the German generals who had so far stayed aloof from Nazi movement would now jump on band wagon.
