Increasing interest in U.S. on Mexico's Independence Day as there is in Mexico on U.S. Independence Day; new threats to independence growing out of present war draws Mexico and U.S. closer together; first step is to win war and second is to build inter-American relationships on sound and equitable basis to attain higher standards of living for all.
