In Spanish. Expresses appreciation of Mexican Government's sponsorship of exhibition; exhibition comes as act of friendship in order to give idea of artistic development in one section of U.S.; at present there is an exhibition of water colors in Chicago in which Mexican artists are represented; cooperation between Mexico and U.S. in effort to maintain and intensify cultural relations, even in time of war, is a heartening development.
