Transmits clippings covering statements by Foreign Minister [Juan Atilia Bramuglia] on action taken and proposed by Argentine Government in matter of enemy property and aliens; there will be criticism that statement is mere repetition of promises; when correspondents questioned Bramuglia about [Ludwig] Freude, he replied that Freude had been a citizen of Argentina for many years and there was no evidence that he had committed any acts against Argentina or United Nations; believes in short time Argentina will have complied adequately with her commitments in matter of enemy property and aliens.
