Copies of letters from Saulsbury regarding this off-year election. Numerous newspaper clippings on such issues as the census, Oregon's constitutional amendments, possible repeal of the Delaware Voters' Assistants Law, and the efforts by T. Coleman du Pont to build a road traversing the length of Delaware.
