Abstract
This infographic was created by the Social Studies Collaborative of the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) and released in June 2023 in order to share the rationale for integration as an instructional approach, to set a clearer vision for effective integration, and provide recommendations for schools and districts to move toward more effective integration of social studies.
