Description
This project will integrate a new development plan which includes more green infrastructure and a new housing layout. The programmatic elements include 21.2 acres of reforestation, an extended community green, and a minimum of 100-ft buffers surrounding the site. The reworked housing layout will offset the lost potential value of revenue from replacing units for green space. An extension of the proposed park is included to acknowledge Naaman’s Creek original stream course and previous Native American occupancy.
