| Abstract | The Delaware Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Consortium is a collaboration among Delaware’s MS4 permittees to exchange information and discuss the implementation of the MS4 stormwater permit program. The group’s mission is to discuss stormwater permit implementation issues impacting the jurisdictions, learn from each other regarding permit requirements and regulations, and exchange information for the benefit of the group. Occasionally a guest speaker is invited to address a specific topic related to the State’s MS4 Program. The group includes Phase I and Phase II (Tier I and II) MS4 permittees and all of Delaware’s MS4 permittees, and future permittees, are invited to join the group. Current group members can be found here. If you are interested in joining, the meetings are held once per quarter during regular business hours either virtually or in person and it is free to become a member.
