dc.description.abstractThis project was funded through a United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) Wetland Program Grant to protect and enhance riparian corridors in Southern New Castle County, Delaware. The County retained the University of Delaware, Institute for Public Administration, Water Resources Agency to assist with the watershed-based approach to protecting natural resources.
