Discusses British attitude on Argentine question; her uncertain attitude tends to disrupt American unity; British may think support of present Argentine regime will help her trade interests there, but in long run it will not; draws parallel between what happened in Germany and present situation in Argentina; time has arrived for clear statement by British; matter should be brought to attention of Undersecretary and President, who will be meeting with Churchill and Stalin soon, and have ample means of bringing pressure on British.
