Abstract
Description
Indications are that pressures being renewed, some by well-intentioned people, others by selfish interests, to negotiate with Germany to give her relief in form of credits and markets; to negotiate with present German government not only futile, but dangerous; German objectives, both internal and external, remain unchanged; her final objective is domination of the world, by peaceful penetration where possible, or by force if necessary; war then is inevitable if present regime remains in power; France, England, and U.S. should have long-range interests of their people rather than present gains.
