Appreciates Stettinius' thoughtfulness in writing on Mar. 7 before leaving Mexico City; results of meeting more than compensated for effort made; was pleased to have opportunity of getting to know Mrs. Stettinius; only wishes there had been more time for showing both of them some of the interesting things to be seen in and around Mexico City.
