Accuses Associated Press of "unfair sensation mongering" because of published reports that Germany was increasing her garrisons along the Rhine and had located twelve army corps in vicinity of French frontier; suggests Louis P. Lochner, as head of Berlin Bureau of Associated Press could put a stop to such irresponsible reporting if he wanted to.
