Description[Vicente] Lombardo Toledano, in speech on Dec. 16 stated imperialistic interests in U.S. were furnishing arms to Sinarquists in Mexico for purpose of fomenting rebellion; talked with Minister of Foreign Relations [Francisco] Castillo Najera, who said Lombardo Toledano had not supplied proof of his statement to Mexican Government, as he had claimed in his speech, and it was another example of Lombardo Toledano's irresponsibility; [Miguel] Alemán, presidential candidate, supported by Lombardo Toledano, but finds this support embarrassing.en_US
