Sending Dunn copies of Nov. 6 letter to Secretary; sent original to Harry McBride with suggestion that he forward it to Secretary at Buenos Aires; thinks Dunn will be interested in clipping from Neue Freie Presse, quoting telegram from Rome in which Cardinal [Eugenio] Pacelli is given credit for enormous success of President in recent election; Vienna press giving much publicity to Pacelli's American visit; encloses clippings from London Times; British position getting stronger; [Anthony] Eden in last speech made it clear that neither Germany nor Italy will determine who England's friends are to be.
