Description
During time Flack was in Berlin [1933-1936], [Herbert Benjamin] Peirce, of Int. General Electric Co., was President of the American Chamber of Commerce there, and introduced a Nazi bias; Peirce was ousted by Louis Lochner, AP correspondent; Arthur Dunning the Secretary, lived modestly, drove old, small car; suggest request [Raymond]Geist to submit a confidential report on present organization.
